Adopt a Tranny, is a resource center for the transgendered community and a place where you, the reader have a chance to get to know and help some of the transgendered people.

2. To help keep tranny's off the streets, such as prostitution or being homeless.
3. To help with utilities and regular every day expenses.
4. To help educate and find these individuals respectable occupations.
